Shipping & Returns
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are research chemicals whose integrity depends on controlled storage and handling, we cannot resell or restock any item once it has left our facility. Every order is final at the moment it is placed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, and we do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or unused product.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your package ships.
Transit Times
We ship domestically within the United States. Standard delivery generally arrives within 2-5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Packaging
Lyophilized peptides are shipped in sealed vials inside protective, discreet packaging. Our products are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of normal domestic transit. Please move your order into its intended storage condition the day it arrives.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
The only exception to our all-sales-are-final policy is a product that arrives damaged, or an order that was shipped incorrectly. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and vial. Verified claims are resolved with a replacement of the affected item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the package is delivered to the carrier. If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, the claim must be filed with the carrier. We are happy to provide the documentation needed to support your claim.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund. Reshipment requires payment of a new shipping charge.
