1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Patriot Peptides are intended exclusively for laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, diagnostic use, or in-vivo application of any kind. By purchasing, the buyer certifies that they are a qualified researcher and will use these materials only in accordance with applicable laws and institutional guidelines.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders are processed through our Shopify storefront. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these terms.
3. Shipping & Returns
Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. Returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged or defective, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Liability
Patriot Peptides is not liable for any misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized application of its products. Buyers assume full responsibility for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
