Research details

Areas of research interest

This blend pairs two peptides that stimulate growth hormone release through different receptors. CJC-1295 (no DAC) acts on the GHRH receptor, and ipamorelin acts on the ghrelin receptor. Interest in the pairing comes from targeting both pathways at once. Neither peptide is approved by FDA for any use.

Overview

Each vial contains CJC-1295 without DAC (Modified GRF 1-29), a GHRH analogue, and ipamorelin, a selective growth hormone secretagogue. See the individual product pages for each compound's background.

Research summary

Combination data. No published study has tested this specific combination.

Component research. The modified GRF(1-29) sequence, in its long-acting DAC form, produced sustained, dose-dependent increases in GH and IGF-1 in healthy adults [1]. Ipamorelin released GH without raising ACTH or cortisol, even at doses 200 times above its effective GH dose [2].
